I was wondering, since is says:
Quote:Cannot pirate (CAN demand ORE and Uncut Diamonds from anyone)

You can just fly around and demand Ore from other miner and its legal, of is that considered pirating.
I just keep wondering, cause rp-wise it doesnt make any sense that a miner can hassle others for ore ...

I'd like to know what the others think ...

It's not considered legal.
The lawfuls will take action (hopefully).
It does. These guys are greedy. It's a bit OTT admittedly, but that's how it is.

I understand, but it basily doesnt really make sense to be able to demand it from other miners ...

Ok fine then, say I am Mr Independent Miner, and I am working a field in say, Omega 7, I think of it as my field, but all of a sudden, this other miner shows up, and starts to mine ore, mine my ore, in my field. Well, as Ore is a finite commodity, I want to make sure the ore that comes out of my field goes into my bankbook. So? What can I do, well I can move over to him and ask him for my Ore back, and if he doesn't give it back, I can shoot him until he gives it back. That is a 100% in-rp reason for a miner to demand Ore from another miner.

Yes it does. Every mining corp got fields they call "theirs" and will happily take back any "stolen" ore.

Therefore indy miners too are given the rigth to pirate those who dont want of them in "their" fields.

Edit: Ninja'd
