We have an HR department ? We have personnel files ? Last time I checked, the only resources round here

The admins don't need eyecandy such as XP themes, wallpaper or colourfull startbuttons. Their eyes bleed enough from reading violation reports.

Also, those cpu cycles are better used for Freelancer.
