What i must do to get GREEN with GUARD?

First, you turn off caps lock.

Now that that's been dealt with, you'll need to either /droprep while having a Zoner tag, or otherwise reduce your reputation so you can take more Zoner bribes (note- shooting Zoners will not accomplish this). Alternatively, you can just take a quadruple bribe from say, Bethlehem, and be done in one fell swoop (after the normal dropreps for getting guard tags).

The search feature is your friend. If you want to become a Zoner Guard you can find that via the search feature. If you just want to become friendly with them so that you can enter 74, you simply need a double or triple bribe. Use /droprep to adjust rep accordingly afterwards.
