I think it would be cool to let indies(LN and other liberty lawfuls) suggest baddies so long as they have proof(screenshots, chat logs, etc...). Lots of the time, the bad guys aren't even caught by the official lawfuls.

There was a publicly editable database in the RP section somewhere. Might do one for the unlawfuls as well.

Only one other [LN] member has sent me more info about a criminal, I'll give them a kick a bit later about it.

There's always the registry - Although officers aren't civilians, they're still citizens of Liberty and can report criminal activity. Apart from that, I usually check through the message dump and find some people who've been recurring thorns in our sides.

As for keeping it up-to-date, well, unless a report is made on the registry or message dump, I can't really keep up with all the imfractions. Unless I'm there when it happens of course;)
