Biography:
Born to Ronald Hopkins and Nikola Casha, Rokka was named at his mothers choice.
Educated at University of Cambridge Junior Academy from ages 4-16, and University of
Cambridge from ages 16-21.
After graduating in Flight Tradgectory Sciences, Rokku travelled to Planet New London to enroll
in the Planet Side Multi-continental Police Force. After only one year of serive, Rokku aged 22
was transfered to Off World Policing in the New London System.
After two years aged 24, Rokku resigned at his fathers order from the Bretoia Police to join the
BlackPlasma Project, a goverment SMC conducting secret obersvations of private businesses suspected
of conspiracy to share assets with foreign private military corporations.

At age 27 when BlackPlasma was shutdown due to corruption, Rokku committed patricide when he discovered
his fathers dealings with pharmaceutical agencies to aquire inneffective treatment for his mothers
addiction to cardimine.
With the shutdown of BlackPlasma, Rokku was charged with espionage for Corsairs to aquire 'cross
blackmarket' drugs, in his defence it is stated that he needed cardimine to keep his mother alive.
A sentence of five years was given for the charge of espionage and eleven years for murder
of his father, at New London Heavy Duty Prison.
Aged 28 Rokku escaped. It is believed this was heavily motived when he was exposed to cardimine smuggled
in by other prisoners and the smuggled supply was for him, insufficient. His whereabouts are unknown.

Married to Nikola Casha. It is believed that Ronald intentionally caused the death of his wife by
giving her inneffective treatment, to which she believed was low substance cardimine. After her addiction
to 'real' cardimine was discovered, Ronald was forced to find a solution to the problem by the council.
During the shutdown of BlackPlasma, his son Rokku Hopkins discovered his dealings for fake treatment
and pushed him out of a twelve story window.

Biography:
Until Nikola's cardimine addiction was known to the state council, her origin is widely unknown.
Evidence suggests that she was kidnapped from the Omicron Alpha system at a young age and sold
Bretonia at age 20 approximately. This is based on lack of original documents.
She was bought and married by and to Ronald Hopkins at age 22.
