I am Mistress Yuka Kaizoku, founder and leader of the Kaizoku fleet.

We are operational as pirates, but since a couple of weeks we also work on distributing your "addictive stuff"

To do so, we pass Liberty twice. And today... it seems that was 2 times to much.

Due of having encountered 2 attempts of piracy from Outcast pilots, while I was hauling for Malta, i'm here with a proposition for you.

Since our ships haven't hauled for anyone else then the Outcasts so far, we'de like pirate immunity from your pilots when we are carrying Cardamine or slaves and... when we are empty.

If an Outcast spots us carrying other cargo. They can "try" to pirate us.

On the other hand, if one of your pilots "tries" to pirate us while we are hauling for you. We are free to engage, no questions asked by the Council.

Please consider our proposition and we hope to receive a transmission from you soon.
