Mr. Holiday,

In reference to our earlier conversation I will be taking inventory of all Conference class gunboats being used by the Junker Congress. Their use will be restricted to those authorized by the arbiters to fly them and as per your instructions, they will not be flown in Gallia ever.

I am also going to speak with the crews at Bornholm to lock down the unauthorized sale of the ship on our end. If there are any other Junkers that have your permission to fly this craft please let me know. We will immediately begin looking for unauthorized Junker use and see what we can do to curb it.

It is good to hear from you again. Thank you for the assistance in this matter. As we previously discussed, I'm sure there are a few deserving Junkers who are worthy of the Conference. For those that you do, please, have them submit a request to the Zoner Alliance as we collectively monitor and approve these ship sales. Also, it will help us keep our tech approval logs up-to-date.

Having some control over their sale at Bornholm will be huge. If you wish, I can have a Zoner agent go out to assist at any time. Should you have anyone illegally buy one, please, furnish us with a name if possible.

I have updated our tech allowance chart to reflect the four names you have provided for Conference use. For your review, you may see it here: Tech Allowance It is transmission #35.

The only other Junkers allowed to use Zoner technology are a group known as "The Horde." It is for basic guns and equipment but NO Conferences. As of now, only the Arbiters of the Junker Congress are authorized to fly them.
