Im a pirate; you in?

It seems that the old days of colonization have passed faster than we thought; it is now time to expand into other areas and volunteers are needed but Who needs to fight a war on the house you once fought side to side back in Sol? Why fighting your Hispanian brother, those who travelled in the very same sleeper ship? Why hunting down the biggest threat of humanity? All that is old fashion; what really is in now is being a pirate; and it seems that joining them is easier than joining the navy; you just have to contact your local neural net recruitment post, and take the first transport to Buffalo; you dont have to attend WestPoint, or be sent to a presumed secret base or fly those lousy police fighters, and you fight for a rebel cause; Those are the reasons to join the ever-growing pirate organizations right? Right? Well Seems theres something else

Seems that being called pirate is the new trend in Sirius; its just so hip to be on the rebel side, that every one wants to be a there; There are just so many of them that I wouldnt be surprised if my daughter introduced me his new Storta captain boyfriend, like everyone else in the residential complex.

A pirate capital ship; one of the many, standing by at the California gate

But what is the REAL reason to be a pirate? Is it fighting for a cause? The rogues for example, say it is; fighting the corrupt liberty corporations. But how can a corrupt organization fight another equally corrupt organization? Of course is more than obvious that this is just another mask to hide the real intentions.

And it seems the war with the corsairs means nothing to this pirate, war vessels for everyone!

There are several real reasons; money is one of them. Sit in a lane waiting for a Train ten times bigger than you to fly by, with a presumed bigger power plant, triple the space you got for armour plating, and a trained crew and simply blow them up with your triple the power mini-portable anti matter generator if they dont transfer you the money you kindly ask; and if they manage to survive such a devastating attack from your tiny ship, well just shoot him again, antimatter is sold cheaper by the dozen.

A a happy smuggler in the orbit of 'hattan

But there is one more reason; it seems that pirates have mass production facilities. They produce half dozen bombers in the time the navy produces 2 fighters. Gunboats too, looks like they have got gunboats to take the whole navy by force. I always thought pirates were scumbags of poor criminals trying to make a living; but now it seems that they are millionaires; they got a bomber, the infamous SNAC worth 7 millions, an armor upgrade worth 15 mil. Plus military grade accessories and seems they got a fake accent with every purchase And they are interdicting trade

Seems the Vagrant Raiders forgot they got AI bombers

Plus the pirate has nothing to loose; after all they are low livng scumbagsor not?
Lets see what a trader has to loose if he/she finds a pirate:
-His/Her precious cargo
-His/Her money
-His/Her life
-His/Her ship
-His/Her job

And now lets see what a pirate has to loose:

-His faked accent

If the ship developers have advanced so much into technology as to the point of putting antimatter cannons on a bomber, why cant they put three on a transport, with a battery of bomber power plants? Transports have enough space for them and surely a trader wouldnt mind sacrificing some tons of space in exchange for a secure transport. The pirates have it too easy I think; I remember back in 800 when you traded there were 4 pirates waiting for you at the lane, none of them with heavy equipment; all doing their job to try and take you out of combatNow one bomber can take a fully armoured train with a few shots; how can they mass produce in the first place; if they rely on cargo piracy? How can they have acces to military grade weaponry? And produce such weapons massively too? Tell us what you think. Remember; Sirius history, is written with shame. This is Sarah Adams; Xposed magazine.

*** New Transmission ***

Dear... you.

My name is Jack Riley, I am the current Captain of the Just.Killing.Time.

First of all, I never signed no document letting you use my ship in your magazine, and I will kill you first chance I get for it.

Secondly, I am one of the FEW Battle-platforms out there defending our way of life. If the Liberty Lawful folk layed off, we wouldn't have to be so aggressive. The more they interrupt our business, the more the Innocent people suffer.

Thirdly, shove it.

- Love Jack

P.S. We use the Outcasts for their business, If I see any hanging around Liberty I shoot 'em!
