I have unusuall problem, i talked with admin he says my problem was some error on char files or some glitch, i had one trader he was stationed on IMG shipyard in Omega-3 name is Mr.Zony i used /restart comm for rheinland then i landed on base and sent 100mils, i was offline from server about month and i comed bak checked char and i ha 8,500 credits!!!!! PLEASE HELP, char was NOT deleted

Not a bug.
When you use /restart Rheinland you restart. That means you are put into a starting level ship with corresponding equipment, in rheinland, with appropriate map and rep, and the start amount of 8500 cr.
Anything that was on the old character is gone. It will not be reimbursed.
