No you can't I'm afraid, the gent you sold it to won't be giving it back now. His reputation has been corrected.
He bought in good faith, to find out that it was not as it should have been for that class of ship.
You should have not been flying it, and certainly not been selling an illegal ship. The fine is for having had it
in the first place, coupled with the sale of it. That's about what you would have had left out of the 160 mil.
