Order's friends & foes & "other"

I've been looking high and low for this on the board and haven't found anything yet. OK, the Order are grudging allies of the Corsairs & Hogosha, and they don't get along at all with Bounty Hunters & Liberty's navy/cops. My question: how well do the Order and the house corporations get along? The Order's ID expressly forbids piracy or "unlawful actions", and from what I recall the Order only targetted corrupted military ships and one Zoner base in vanilla SP. They don't seem like they're out to hurt Joe Average. Opinions?

Common sense would lead one to assume, that the Order doesn't mind corporations. The Order's goal never was to overtrow a corporation-corrupt government (nomad-infested, yes), but to assure humanity's safety from the nomad threat. The alliance with the Corsairs looks to me more like a straight exchange - technology for pilot training

umm, the order NEVER attacked a zoner base. if your talking about freeport 7 that was the nomads(you can see the nomad ships in the cutscene)

Though barely visable, those were three nomad fighters if you'd look closely or take a screenie in the split second.

They are hostile to Liberty its police and navy, as well as Liberty Corporations. And Bounty Hunters.

They are friendly or neutral to Kusari, Rheinland, and Bretonia. Allied to Zoners. Enemies of Outcasts and all the Outcast's allies.

But how come in SP dab did a order commander get to use a outcast base if they are hostile.

Order went hostile to Outcasts only recently.They were originally allied against the Nomads. Only since 4.80 were they hostile.
