Indeed, Looks like our unofficial rheinland police friend decided to be a minge regardless of the talk I had with him. Maybe if he actually decided to say the truth, he would have told you I was since a few hours with DHC- players for diplomacy.
I have been granted, by thems, the auth to dock with The Ring which is one of their faction base, it wasn't New Berlin.
The tabacco was also part of the trip.

I like to edit to add details : I travelled from Reunion to The Ring with thems, they went to Reunion for a diplomatic convoy and meeting with the LCOG, I wasn't planning to get out of Gallia before I posted the RP on the forum as said Jihad to me on Skype, but hey, sometimes you don't control Roleplay.
The Gallic diplomacy has not started yet.
Which means there won't be any Gallic ships flying around under the diplomacy flag. This may change with the new mod, who knows.
Still my point stands. The Gallic equipment has to stay in Gallia for now.
And if you are a freelancer being hired as a diplomat, you may choose a neutral ship in the future for the trip.

I was a Indie RM. And no I did not report you( Altho I WAS Involved in this). And Yes i did i encountered You. And WHAT?!?!?!? Did you just call me a minge Bag?... Yes. You even PM'd Me that.

To appeal in favor of Noveria; I was part of the diplomatic convoy, specifically the diplomatic vessel; I consider it my fault for telling him he could come with us; as part of the diplomatic meeting I didnt thought there would be much trouble. Anyways apologies to Noveria from my part for not letting him know of the restriction.
I was aware of it, but atleast it doesn't ruin everything and can be fixed.
I'll just change the story a bit and make the char get something like a raven talon and it's all good.
In overall, I'm the one to blame. I was thinking RP and your convoy was an opportunity.
