Question about Bribes and Rep

So, I got someones rep in the green - but I want to try and get a double or triple bribe somewhere to boost it without having to do missions. How bad has my reputation to be for bribes of this particular faction to be offered again?

it should not be green,

for zoners you should make them -4, and then on GC you can find a quad/triple bribe

If you want bribes offered by the faction itself your rep with the faction must be above 0. If you can find bribes offered by factions other by the target faction then feel free to make it negative.
