   Radical Vigilante group that has openly criticized Liberty policies and the justice system. Noted to have obvious Xeno-leanings. Considered armed and extremely dangerous; LPI advises citizens to avoid contact if at all possible.
   
   
2. Zane King (alias: Raziel)
   Ex-LPI, attained rank "Officer", known for accepting bribes and having a flippant attitude towards upholding the law. On January 16, 813, evidence suggests that Zane King killed a fellow Police officer and fled Liberty. Investigation shows that the Officer he murdered was about to expose him for taking bribes from a notorious Cardamine smuggler. Information on his whereabouts and activities since then is missing, however, he has resurfaced as apparent leader of the radical group known as Hale's Angels, which show significant Xeno leanings.
   
   
3. Dean Zelinsky (alias: Sandalphon)
   Ex-LPI, attained rank "Officer", Zane King's partner with a similar reputation. He covered Zane King's tracks when he fled Liberty facing murder charges, and soon disappeared as well. Little is known about him, however, he is believed to be just as dangerous as his partner, if not more so. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
4. Jaden Kane (alias: Tyrael)
   Ex-LPI, attained rank "Officer", his superiors noted his methods to be unnecessarily brutal. Fired for assaulting a pedestrian with no apparent motive. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
5. Alias: Sachiel
   Believed to be ex-LPI, little is known about this man. Considered moderately dangerous. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
6. Jennifer Wilson (alias: Lailah)
   Believed to be ex-Lane Hacker, Wilson demonstrates notable hacking abilities and has tried to forge evidence and gain access to LPI databases on numerous occasions. All attempts failed, false information fed using the "tame" Harvester located in [censored: access level too low]. Noted member of Hale's Angels.

   Little is known about this man. Believed to be Libertonian. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
8. Mike Cruxis (alias: Valoel)
   Ex-LPI, attained rank "Officer", known to have a violent temper. Fired for gross disrespect to superior officers and accepting bribes. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
9. Merric Cruxis (alias: Harachel)
   Failed LPI basic training, displayed medium-high test scores but no ability to take orders or respect superiors. Psych exams showed him to have an ego-maniac disorder. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
   
   
10. Anna Price (alias: Sofiel)
    Ex-LPI, attained rank "Officer", MIA in early 813 with connection to Zane King's fleeing Liberty. Graduated from Cambridge Research Institute, her record is without note besides rumors of improper conduct with regards Zane King. Noted member of Hale's Angels.
