Honorable Elders of the Council.

A few weeks ago some of our Agents found a Outcast Transport in open space. Our pilots destroyed this ship and brought the people (slaves) on board.

The Battleship named [redacted] took course to the next freeport to let them free.
But some of this poor Slaves wanted asylum, and asked if we can bring them to Puerto del Sol.
And of course we did.
After some negotiations with CSF we decided, that only High Ranked Corsair
Members can buy them but just for ONE reason.
The chosen High Ranking Corsair Capitanes were able to buy this poor people to bring them freedom! Every slave got the money back for which he was bought. In this case, we were able to give them some provide capital for a new future in freedom!

Meanwhile, we were in a position to send all slaves in a good future!

We regret this incident but it was a secret mission to give them money and hope for the future!

However, we are very proud that we were able to help those poor people to become a life in freedom!

I am Commander Hernandez of the Corsair Naval Fleet. My unit have been assigned by the Conclave of the Empire to deal with the growing pest problem in our Territory. We appreciate your approach with providing us with the necessary Evidences to take actions against these treacherous acts.

Señor Ricardo Montoya,

The Corsair Court has reviewed the evidence provided regarding the actions of Frisian.Vescavor and Judicator-1 in attempting to extort you within Sovereign Corsair Territory. Their actions are in clear violation of Title III, Clause B-3, as they engaged in hostile acts against a Corsair without cause, thereby undermining the Pax Corsaria of the Empire.

The court rules as follows:

Frisian.Vescavor and Judicator-1 are hereby found guilty of violating Corsair law. Their actions constitute piracy against the Empire, a grave offense.

As these individuals are not recognized as Corsairs, the court finds no justification for leniency. Therefore, they are marked for eradication upon sight.
