Memory leak?

Well I've noticed that when I log into one of my characters FL starts to lag horribly down 5 fps, when check task manager I see it taking all resources and chewing up ram rapidly. When I quit the game the it remains and continues to do as if there is memory leak. It tends to happen 50/50 but only when I log into the game on any of my characters. Not a big problem but annoying a bit. Any suggestions?

p.s. system is perfectly clean and otherwise perfectly stable (as much as XP can be).
