i have an additional suggestion. how about we slap the default zoi (the one of each npc faction using the ships) into the ship description?

edit: or into the id's. sort of what zoner guard id has

a "Unless permitted otherwise, may only operate in following systems:" section

This guy earlier today coulda used that.

Personaly, I say add stuff to the end of ship descriptions for things like that.

If the player is too damned lazy to read the restrictions (which will mostly be on cap ships anyway) they get spotlighted as someone that REALLY deserves to get spanked.
