"the transport silvermist encountered the individual =HUZAREX= today. the pirate ( generic pirate ID ) was howering in low orbit around Gran Canaria and attacked on sight. he appeared to have bribed the patrols cause they were ignoring him as he was putting his destroyer ( outcast model ) there.
i m not certain if the TAZ are guarding over gran canaria, but i think i heard them say something like that. maybe more safety measures must be taken. the individual appeared unknowing to attempts to explain our neutrality and kept shooting. it is highly disconcerting that the outcasts sold such an individual high end equipment like their destroyer - especially as the zoner-close faction AW ( or at least they call themselves zoner-guards, which is yet to be discussed ) claims to have tight bonds to the outcasts.
the transport got away unscrached though and no harm was done. as we have no authority over space, i was just advising him to remove his ship from the low orbit around gran canaria but soon i left the system.
proceed with caution, the one and only zoner planet shall not fall into the hands of petty criminals."
Blimey. If that scollag represents his kith and kin, which I seriously doubt, he is waging war. If he is an independent prigg acting outside the custom of his associations then he will surely get a piece of more than just TAZ mind.
Alright Eris, time for you to get power-god on this poncer's arse.

Captain,
As I dont' know your name, I'll address you by your title.
The TAZ does indeed try to keep an orderly neighborhood around Gran Canaria. From the description I received, this incident would seem to fall into that category. the name of the offending vessel has been duly noted.
We currently have no warships in the TAZ capable of dealing with a miscreant such as has been described. However, we do have cash and resources. Those resources will be called upon.
Please continue to report any unpleasantries in the vicinity of Gran Canaria. In the meantime, we will do our best to keep a watchful eye out ourselves, and to expend the necessary funds to "clean up" as required.
