picture help

i need some kind of tranluscent layer type thing that i can use to make certain pictures look like security camera shots


much appreciated if someone has one

Will sounds a bit "noobish" but, playing with RGB (Or rather making picturet grayscale) and Film grain filters can get you decent results. Especially if you add that classical "camera" timer into the corner.

Anyway, this belongs to Media center more like.

eh.....just as long as the transluscent overlay is a decent size i can manipulate it to what i need
