So, making sure, we can just kill any freelancer or merc we find in liberty? Its that easy? And, if I'm a bounty hunter, it's not unlawful to do this correct?(I'm new to this stuff)

Anonymous Freelancer/Mercs: You can absolutely just "eliminate the competition" with this bounty offer. You don't need to be lawful or anything to take this job. All you need to do is have Freelancer/Merc Idenification and the ability to clean things with lasers.
