Chers membres du Kusari Gouvernement, I am contacting you in regards of recent events that happened within your space. Maybe you already know but I will tell you again just in case: We are currently under contract with one of your corporations, a kusarian corporation called Nakatomo. They hired us after observing our actions against common enemies in the Taus. The said corporation already lost a number of transports to pirates withing Kusari, Taus and Sigmas. I'm am not questioning your power to eradicate those disturbance factors from Kusari but our employer seem to want more security for his members. In the contract it clearly stipulated that we are to engage ANY ship that tries to attack their transports or miners and actively hunt known pirates.
Now, we asked some questions because we saw the Hogosha and the AFA on the list of known pirates and we had some doubts. Their response was that the Hogosha destroyed some of their ships. I couldn't believed it so I asked the contract to be modified. The new version stipulates that we are to engage Hogosha and AFA only if they are engaged into piracy. We found them doing just that. More then that, we found them teaming up with Chrysanthemums to take out those transports. We helped the transports to dock on Tsushima and followed them because their forces outnumbered ours 3 to 1.
What I want to ask you now is to let us give you the proofs that those 2 organizations are actively doing illegal things there. We won't investigate. That's for your police forces or even military, we won't stay in their way but we will continue to escort our contractor.
Quote:"The Office of the Emperor asks for documentation of your contract to be forwarded on this frequency, as well as any information you have about your "employer" as the Kusari government has no record of a Nakatomo corporation being run in Kusari. The Kusari government will then make a determination on the legality of the contract. You are to suspend any action on this contract until it is reviewed by this office."
Very well. This will cut some of our profits for the time being inactive but good relations between us are more important. We will contact the Nakatomo representatives and give them access to this channel. They will explain everything.
Quote:"The Office of the Emperor advises that SMP read the previous message. We require SMP to produce the contract that they are working under, as well as information they have about Nakatomo company. Please provide this information immediately."
My name is Ryu Hekagi. I am the spokesman of Nakatomo Corporation, Kusari Department. We understand that our security wing was grounded durring investigations. This is bad for business but at least we can share what we saw. First of all, this is not a public contract so SMP officials can't make it public without a green light from us.
Now, I do believe we're registered on the Kusari Commerce Office. If not, this should be a mistake from our part and we are ready to fix it as soon as possible. The Nakatomo Corporation is a multinational trading agency. We contacted traders from multiple corporations and offered them a better job and security. We now have ships registered as IMG, Kishiro, Interspace Commerce and even DSE. We started this project way before the war and that's why we have some IMG members. We were about to contact more bretonian corporations when the conflict started so we stopped all our agreements with them. Now we are trading with the IMG, Liberty and Rheinland corporations and recently the Council from the New Discovered House of Gallia offered us some trade routes.
About our contract with the SMP, we hired them because in 1 month, we lost SEVEN transports because of different pirates. While in Rheinland and Liberty we had no problems, in Kusari and in the Taus we had the most looses. I don't know why the Hogosha attacked our ships. No one knows. They claim to be honest citizens but when they attack transports, they show something else. A copy of the contract will be provided here.
