I am quite aware of the...strained relations between Liberty and Rheinland, but I am also certain that precise agreements were made in the transit of certain commodities. While I have no doubt that the primary forces of the Rheinland Military are aware of these, there seems to be an unfortunate oversight on behalf of your reserve forces. The Riverside was ordered to stop in Hamburg while en route to Planet Curacao, Cortez. We cooperated with the officer involved, as well as clearly explaining our destination; however, he saw fit to cut our route short. The transport is currently moored on Planet Hamburg, and will unfortunately remain there until this situation has been rectified and/or we receive confirmation that corporate vessels belonging to Synth Foods may proceed without such harassment. Need I cite the arrangements that have been made with Planet Stuttgart and Synth Food's holdings? Regardless, Synth Foods thanks you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

This is Gefreiter Kai Siegfried of the Rheinland Military, service number 1337-42-42. I have been assigned to investigate this incident on behalf of the Rheinwehr.

Indeed, you are correct that the Synth Foods corporation does possess exclusive food shipment exemptions from the Rheinland/Liberty border embargo.

As a member of the Synth Foods corporation, you enjoy the full privileges of the corporation you are currently employed under - and thus also exempt from the embargo act while carrying food items.

The secondary fleet officer, identified as Blacksun seen piloting the Rheinland Gunboat, was indeed acting against protocol and will be reprimanded immediately.

Forthwith, your ship is cleared to safely leave our borders for your destination - under escort if you so desire.

We of the Rheinwehr Primary fleet would like to apologize for the misbehavior of our Secondary Fleet officer, and will gladly address any further grievances you would wish to submit to us in result of this breach of protocol.
