Please help me!

I set up a server as a training ground for a clan, but I have no idea how to work a server. I wanted to be able to teleport players but don't know how. I also don't know how to make other players Admin or how to post welcome messages for new players. In short I don't know how to do anything but be a player. Could someone please help me and explain a thing or two to the ingnorant peoples who set up servers like me?

Why dont you use The Discovery PvP server as a training ground, its a real server not a PC trying to be one:P
