I bring tragic news of the criminal orginization in Liberty known as the Junker Congress.
Two members of our company, Guardian Fugitive Response were operating in Liberty today, waiting for any transports that might need safe passage.
They recieved a distress call from an individual by the name of Celladon Gryphon and Azure Gryphon.
Of course being honor bound to help these poor gentleman they notified them of our fee and headed out to help them.
Of course when they arrived they found only Outcasts waiting for them ordered to attack them under the orders of a Junker Congressman by the name of Jack Crow.
This Jack made all sorts of unsubstantiated calims about these men attacking a Congress ship, but would not forward any proof when asked for it.
They were informed that these Junkers were involved in a criminal partnership with these Outcasts.
Well imagine the shock involved when it comes to light that not only individual Junkers, but the Junker Congress is involved in a criminal partnership with these low life people.
I felt it imperitive to inform you of the criminal network that has formed in Liberty under the aegis of the Junker Congress.
Which the Congress uses to deadly effinciency to force out anyone they deem might be a threat to their criminal dominance.
This is a sad day indeed.
Of course I am a simple businessman so I do not know how you will handle this evidence that I am presenting to you.
But the thought of them being given free passage to do this to honest Liberty citizens lives is just apalling.
Below you will find a record of the Junker congressmans orders to the Outcasts as well as their admitting that they are partners.
I implore you to ask yourself what exactly could the Outcasts and Junker Congress gain out of this "alliance" as they put it.

I saw a few of you around recently, it's good to see more people on the right side of the law.
On to the evidence you present, it seems fairly conclusive. I'm satisfied that it shows an unacceptable degree of cooperation between a very notorious section of the criminal element and a well-respected Junker.
It's also good that mister Crow says that he has evidence of the crime he alledges your men committed, because I will be extracting this from him shortly. If his evidence is found to be solid, I will return to you for evidence that the transport to which he refers was attacked without due cause. If it gets to that point and you provide evidence of said transport breaking any section of the law, then the Junkers Congress may face some consequences. If you can't, then the situation becomes significantly more complicated, in that both of you would've broken the law in some way.
Of course, that's a lot of 'if's. However, it would be improper for me to voice my opinion at this time... one of those rare times.
I will look into it and notify the rest of the High Command.

We have been made aware by other communications that the Junker Congress is also aware of this communication.
Completely understandable as they should be given a chance to tell their side of the story and clear any allegations made against them.
Unfortunately you will notice that apart from making unsubstantiated claims and slandering our good name with no proof, they have done nothing to prove their own innocence, of course that is because you can not prove something that does not exist.

You will notice of course that we have shown proof to back up our allegations while they have done nothing to either prove their innocence or prove the allegations they made as the reason for the calling of their Outcast "allies" as they put it, to commit an unprovoked attack on two pilots that were only doing what they were doing to make sure that others were safe.
