I am making it noted...that despite the good qualities that Arbiter Crow has shown...I am declaring a vote of no confidence in his leadership...
His response to the action in Tau 37...in which our friend of the Kitsune.Scrapper calling for help at Freeport 10 in response to a Phantom attack...Has lead us to believe that he may be in league with them...Due to Crow's now removal of our presence in the Congress..
His orders to us were to remove the Symbol of the Congress from our ships...We will not comply with that order and never will.
Henceforth we shall be renegades to the Congress til a new leader steps up to take his place...
Any Congress member shall however be treated the same from us...But for the Arbiter...He will receive no assistance or compassion from us...
