Freelancers, Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters may collect this, although the Bounty hunters may have had bad relations in the past, they are still greedy, hah.
All [A] ships, regardless of class (We've observed them flying fighters/bombers nearly exclusively) are hereby bountied for $10,000,000 each. These angry children will pay for their crimes.
All bounty collection claims must have guncamera proof, timestamp is appriciated but not needed. Do tell if you plan to collect on this, so I can add you to my list...

There is $200,000,000 currently set aside for this, but it may increase in the future, so do stay tuned.
