I am Kyo Idumi, a honorable member of the Alliance and head of the Idumi family.

I'm sure you all remember my elder sister, even though it has been some months since she was forced to leave your, surprising, honorable group.

We both know the troubles a rather dishonored Kusarian named General Yarr. He...*ponders for a few seconds looking for a correct word*...I mean, It has dishonored itself by resorting too ambush tactics that have no respect for others lives, especially that of civilians such as the ones on your elegant colony ships.

Because of this i feel there is cause to try and eliminate him once and for all, so here is all you need to know in this data file.

Bounty target: any and all ships used by one known as General Yarr
Price: 3 million Sirius credits on a destruction of his ship, we can negotiate a reward for efficiently silences it for good
Number of hits: For now we will set a limit on 10 hits, we could contentious if Its presence still plagues Sirius Note: Make sure to say this, "You have lost you honor, thus you should perish"

Make sure you don't reveal that we are the ones that have placed the bounty on a black dragon member, it would be very bad for us and our wrath has a habit of being great for ones who have betrayed our trust.

On a last note, the AFA is not involved in this at all and we are independent, thus the alliance will not know about this and will still show hostility to yourselves operating in Kusari; we will do little to aid you while in Kusari so don't expect aid if you see us come near.

we don't have much in tell on Yarr recently but im sure you can find him killing civlians in the Tau's at times, or in the Kusari core systems.

If you truly wish to find him, sending enough transports full of ore through kusari or any other good for that matter is sure to draw him out from where he lurks in the darkness.

The alliance ship Raisu will contact you in space if we come across Yarr. The Raisu is only maintained and crewed by members of my family so do not fear contacting it.
