Good evening Commanders I am Dan Reynolds of the LCBO. Earlier today I Had noticed one of the HMS vessels HMS-West Had entered in to Liberty Space Without any Clearance of LPI LN or LSF. He entered California to assist a Pilot Lucas. For got last name of the pilot. but The HMS-West Then proceeded to open fire on the hostile gunboat. I then asked him on The LCBO Gunboat to leave and head back home because he didn't have clearance. He then proceeded into New York. where someone got him and killed him He then returned to California where the LPI Intercepted him and got him to exit liberty space. but it took some time for him to do so. If you could contact me via private message that would be great.

Signed Director Dan Reynolds LCBO

Good Morning Mr Raynolds, this is Captain Q Darrenson of Her Majestys Secondary Fleet Battleship "Earl of Dundonald", I believe I spoke with you breifly on this matter? as well as the compliment of Liberty Police Officers at the scene, I wish to appologise for this captains insubordinate actions whilst in the Republic of Liberty.

I personally attempted to order the captain to return home but to no avail, resulting in the clearance i granted to open fire on the vessel should it continue to be uncooperative. after which he threatened me and my crew with death.

I personally dont like having threats made to me by anybody, especially thoughs flying our own colours.

I trust you acknowledge that his actions are not sanctioned by the Kingdom of Bretonia, or her Majesty Queen Carina I.

I will let the government decide what to do about this vessel now it back in Bretonian Space. Earl of Dundonald out.

// this seems like a communication, more than a MD, posted in the wrong place ?

Alright thank you for Replying Captain. Seeing as the HMS-West was disobeying direct orders from a higher ranking Commander i know that the Government or any of the Admirals won't take kindly to that. That would be great if you do talk to the Government of Bretonia. I also noticed that the Captain of the HMS-West threatened to bring a Battleship to Liberty space the LPI didn't take kindly to that. Nor did I. I was not impressed with that. This will be brought to the Liberty Navy High Command about this. They might make contact with the Commander of Admiral of the Bretonia Armed Forces. I really can't do to much at this point.

Mr Reynolds,

the HMS-West was a former ship from the secondary fleet who was officially decomissioned four days ago. We expect her current crew not being actual officers of the Armed Forces, but some BMM technicians in charge of the decomissioning process. BMM and our services suspected a conspiracy making profit of the sales of former Armed Forces ships on black market, and it seems you just found one of the diverted pieces.

If what the offenders you reported said the truth, then this battleship must be recovered at all costs. The Admiralty Board will give all Liberty forces clearance to intercept and neutralize this ship would it be necessary. None of us want to see such vessel falling in the wrong hands I believe.

Our police forces will keep their investigations until charges against the leader of this conspiracy stack up enough to trigger a fruitfull arrestation. Until then, if you see one of those smuggled military ships, please dispose of it as fast and discreetely as possible or warn an Armed Force officer directly.

Regards,
Lieutenant Atkinson, Ministry of Defense
