New priorities to all Order forces operating in Delta

Greetings pilots, Captains;

As you may have noticed, Freeport 11 has became an battlefield in past week or two.
Core raids are becoming more and more often,
although we managed to confront and push them back most of the time,
we can not guard every single Zoner ship for 24 hours on day, and Core knows it.

Marvin James Orphelia,
Guardian of the FP 11 has come to conclusion that Core's reasons for attacking Zoners
is Order presence and gathering around that station.
I do not agree with him fully,
reason for our presence was the protection of Zoner vessels,
we would not be basing there if there wasn't for their attacks.
However, we decide to respect Mr Marvin's wishes,
perhaps it works, and Core terror towards Zoners stop.

[color=#FF6666]As it follow, these orders are effective immediately:

[color=#99FF99]- Use FP 11 as refueling spot only
- Do not stay around for to long; Do your buessiness and leave
- If you notice Core vessels approaching, leave FP 11 area
- Avoid battles with Zoners present, and avoid generally any kind of engagements in FP 11 area
- All the patrols around Omicron Delta will remain the same,
only the amount of time spent around FP 11 needs to be minimized
- Everything else OUTSIDE of FP 11 area remains the same,
any Core vessels encountered on patrol are to be destroyed or captured immediately.

That would be all, I want those orders to be done smooth and without any issues.
Safety of Zoners is primary goal, if that means we will not chit chat around FP 11, so be it.

But I want to clarify one thing. When Zoners will ask us for support, TOP wing will provide it. Even if the fight will be in area near FP 11 (rule no.4).
