Ship types allowed to collect: Any.
Fee: 1 000 000 credits. (2 000 000 credits if you get them whilst flying a transport. 5 000 000 credits if you destroy them whilst he is carrying ore.)
Repeat Times Left: Indefinitely. (A pot has been set aside, and should you require that the tin foil adorning your head be satisfied, evidence of it can be provided at my discretion.)
Contract Conditions: Kill confirmation via guncam stills.
Area restrictions: None. Hunt him down.
Target Ship Type: Mainly transports, who knows really.
Target Ship Armament: It would vary depending on what he is flying.

As for SamsarianS, threatening to rough up an Aquilon Captain which supplied Freeport 9 during the darkest of times is something I think deserves identical karma in return. Damage his ship and destroy it if you can. Do not bother killing him, he needs to repent.

Added a new target.

Threatening a Zoner which supplied Freeport 9 during the mess is a no-go zone.

It gets him into trouble until he apologises.

If you get him to apologise you get yourself ten million credits.
