Greetings my name is Johnny Rico the captian of the .:j:.Scrap-runner.1.

I wil get straight to the point good sir.

I was in new york to day when i spotted a Xeno ship so i follwed it to the Missipi. Where a navy pilot was involed in a battle with said Xeno. A fellow junker was also there to my dispare the navy officer lost his ship.
At this point my fellow Congress man engaged the Xeno. then i spoted 2 Navy ships the LNS-Pandora Battlecrusier and TF7|SK-J.smith.

Then the thing that has caused me to send this message is the Pandora said if i was to engage the Xeno and help my fellow congress man he would engage me. Now it is this remark that has *Static* me off he also said he will only take orders from you.

But I'll say this: Although the Navy has the right to order any individual to cease fire (under certain circumstances), its apparent that, from the evidence provided, the captain of the Pandora perhaps overstepped his boundaries. Further questioning of the captain will occur soon.

I hope that neither you or the Congressman were injured in this incident with the Xeno aggressors.
