While in Bretonia I saw one of your vessels, the SRD X12 "Black Dragon" Fighter, in the hands of many Gaians and even some mercenaries, the "Kaizoku" to be exact. At first it looked like just another ship to me, but then once I saw it's combat performance it caught my attention. After asking a few questions around I learned that the Hogosha are it's distributors.
Now don't get me wrong, as a Corsair I like our engineering, but sadly the Titan is not really made for my flight style and the Centurion lacks the firepower. So here I am asking for one of your "Dragons" for personal use.
I know you won't just hand it over like that so I'm ready for any questions or demands from your side.

We very much appreciate the compliments you pay our ship and technology, and totally understand why might wish to obtain one of our fighters.
Normally in the instance of Corsairs these ships are restricted to a few trusted clans such as the TBH, Benitez, or The Sails. If you have a reference from one of these clan chiefs it would go a long way to support your application......Could you provide this? If not then please let us know why?
And by the way, we in the Hogosha are businessmen, so we are asking the question....What's in it for us given the cost of diverting manufacture of a ship for the use of a Corsair Independent pilot? Clearly, for a start, we would demand that you do not use this ship to harm any of our allies under the condition that if you are found doing so, we would immediately reclaim the hardware. This includes no taxing in Kusari, that's our territory.
Now then... as to a fiscal agreement.....Given satisfactory references, (see above), would you prefer to pay a lump sum one off payment to our coffers or a monthly license fee?

So far I've managed to keep myself somewhere in the neutral or "We don't care about you" state with Kusari and the Naval Forces don't mind me as long as I'm not inside their territory. So respecting your allies and keeping it civil with them won't be too hard, considering most of them have a good relations with Kusari and pissing them off will make a lot of people angry at me. And pirating or taxing as you call it is not something I plan on doing in your territory.
Now, about getting support of one of the major Corsair clans. I've flown with all three of them so I guess I might try to talk with Espi', the leader of the Sails. He seemed liked a fine person, atleast in my standards. I'd rather not try to bother him at the moment, considering there's a war he's leading in the Omicrons and a simple request as this would probably be a waste of his time. But if you're insisting on hearing something good from a high standing Corsair Elder, I'll contact him. After all, I really want to get my hands on that fine looking ship.
About the payment... Well considering I actually want the ship and not just rent one, I would probably choose a one off payment. Just name the price, I'm pretty sure I got enough credits in my "wallet".

Given that you agree our other conditions regarding Hogosha allies and Kusaari, we are prepared to offer you a Black Dragon VHF for a one off fee of 20 million credits on top of normal production costs.

A Hogoshan Technician and Engineer will be on hand to run through the controls systems with you and advise on best loadout to suit your needs, but there will be no problems for an experienced pilot such as yourself, the ship's a dream to fly.
By the way, there's a two year return to base warranty on all parts with the exception of those damaged in combat and general wear and tear.
