Me and 2 of my friends encountered him (Vito|Sails) and from mistake I paid him 5 mil more than his request (I did paid without any hesitation also for a friend of mine). Without honor he didn't pay back the surplus...more....he talked with a fellow sail and jumped us again in the next system (he was rumbling that he told us to watch the road ahead meanwhile the other sail was making demands). That my friends pissed me off.
