Dear Outcasts,

A few days ago I recieved a message from a Congressmen who was taxed by one of yours in Tau-23. The name of the Outcast was Pablo.Aimar.
I find this kinda odd since we brought many stuff to the Outcasts. Maybe it's the result of our lack of deliveries to Omicron Alpha lately, although we have delivered a life time supply of Scrap Metal to Valleta Shipyard. It was probably not enough?!
That's why I have taken the liberty to show you our good faith in our relationship with the Outcasts and delivered a full load of Sla.. erhm I mean workers to planet Malta.
