My name is Lelouch, vi Hogosha. I am writing with regards to your past (and present) negotiations with Hogosha for military equipment.
It is widely known that you supply us with a lot of our fire-power, most of which can be acquired within Hogosha territory, but you hold the rights to weapons known as Tizona Del Cid, and now more recently the prowess Colada Del Cid. Although I have seen for myself that some Hogosha vessels carry these mounts I felt it necessary to ask permission from the Empire first before waltzing in to the Omicrons and just acquiring without permission. My personal pilot Kõuzuki Kallen would be the one to equip these weapons.
I do not have a lot to offer in return for this agreement, but I can certainly assure you that you may call upon my assistance whenever you need a pilot for any valid reason.
