Kingfisher is a pretty standard HF. Nothing remarkable about it, does the job. Good firepower, but try to use energy efficient guns. Not very agile - comes into the HF/VHF range. Looks good though.
Marauder has good offense. Big power core for it's maneuverability, but not many high-end guns. Consider a Razor and a lot of debilitators.
Moldy Crow is not bad, but requires tricky handling. It's side strafe is weaker then it's up and down strafe. Big target - not many people use it.
Falcon is pretty agile, small profile too. But it's power core is a little weak - consider using missiles with this one. NOT your best choice for a minirazor craft.
If you're considering the Kingfisher and Crow, the Charon might be something you'd consider as well. It's classified as a VHF but it handles better then most of those, but lacks class 10 weapon slots (4 class 9, 2 class 8. On par with most HFs).

I got my Marauder. And yes, its really sweet piece of art. BUT... there is always but.
I have small issue with position of Class 9 guns on wings, mounted on edge of wings. Shooting angle is gross.
What will be with Marauder in 4.86? Any changes?
If not I will vote to do something about Class 9 guns position. Maybe putting them on green logo on wings or any other position. That would fix that limitation.

Just replace Class 7 with Class 8 guns. (4x class 8 + 2x class9)
Use the Charon. If I recall, it has a mid-range VHF powerplant, something in the ~12k range. If you put 2 Imp Debs, a Purple Goddess, a Cannonball/Firestalker, and 2 Wildfires, as well as a Mini, you can do some serious damage. Plus, if you're feeling -really- cheap, you can put a Cap 1 armor on it. Poor man's UAU8 ftw.

The Falcon wins for me, it's the most agile out of all since both Kingfisher and Marauder have near-VHF turn rates. Also, HF powerplants can't really handle that many weapons and rely on maneuverability.
But seriously, if you're going to choose a HF based on firepower and armour you're better off with a VHF instead.
