Quick question on Battleship license use

So, there I was: young, stupid and with more cash than I knew what to do with.

So, I decided to go ahead and drop the change on a Battleship License, with aims towards spending the extra credits in order to fully optimize my ship's sensor system/the packaged surround sound deal w/ 6 cd changer.

I got a green light on the idea, but more folks than not are wondering if its a legit move. More folks than not also think I was absolutely insane for having done so (but they're not sitting in my cockpit with the 20 speaker surround amirightpeople?).

So, my question, to end the discussion, was that a good to go move?

And, assuming it wasn't... Shoot.

These were your credits. You can do what you want. You can buy and use a BS license for every shipclass, but must have it when owning a BS.
If you decided to spend 250 mill for the sensors, why not.

One thing to note, you are only allowed one battleship license, per player account.
Apart from that, turn up that jolly expensive sensor array and inship entertainment centre.

Thats interesting. If a player is really owning one BS on his account, he can't buy a second license to pimp the sensors of a non BS?
I thought there was one BS allowed per account, but no License restrictions.

Well, think about it. The rule states you are only allowed one license per player account. Not one battleship, one license. So there is a restriction.

They are probably using the BS license to monitor BS population. Sure mount it on all ships but expect 4 out of your 5 characters to be deleted.
