Keepers.. Well, if you want to RP a Nomad, make a Morph and fly around. It's the same. You just dodge enemy fire.

Phantoms... Not sure, they're kinda inactive or remodeling or smth like that.

Wild don't recruit openly, you have to stalk them in the Omegas.
