Nobody, just my own observation from playing a while, never seen any on any of my characters (OC, FL, LPI), I mean, given over 50% of my time right now is on my Trader just to make money to get into the game, I didn't figure I would, but you never know. I don't even know where you guys hang out :$

Couldnt agree more - i mean, i dont even know what they do, other then kill people for little reason - at least the Nomads have a reason for shooting people up.

I actually see it as a unique RP opportunity, I mean its the same deal as of youre a Rogue disrupting trade lanes and some LPI or LN come: you either run or fight, I don't understand the QQ. Sure they have good ships, and sure if you get stopped/found by one you will probably get shot as a lawful, but couldnt you say that about Outcasts in Tridentes and Sabres too...?
9/10 times on my trader or LPI its just mindless powerpirating in a sabre or specifically looking to fight (as in, flying around manhattan with cruise on insulting/cackling at the lawfuls, so they basically have a duty to engage). I think the one time I've actually been RP'd on by pirates as a trader were some Blood Dragons, and that was just because they actually interacted instead of "1 mill or you go boom," sure, I ended up paying them for their cause against the government, but I actually didnt mind, instead of just sighing at lolwut powerpirates.
