The 60-days-inactivity wipe only applies to characters that are "not new" any more.
They have to be logged in the game for like *insert the correct number here* minutes (i think it was 10 mins or so and 45 until you can send money from those accs, something like that).
If they were logged in less time than this, they only got a 7 days inactivity wipe or somethig... ... at least i think it's been like that.

Correct. Your ships must have been logged for at least 10 minutes for them not to be wipped after 7 days.
