I don't want you to take this wrong. But I would suggest joining an official or unofficial faction from which you could learn how things work around here more. It would be a great learning process so one day you may have successful faction/group.

My personal opinion is that you should spell consistently and meet some good people to fly with ingame. Skype is a good networking tool. Your potential leader will be found ingame roleplaying, not trawling the unofficial board looking to lead a faction.
