Your target is indie pirate named Glori, he/she is flaying Outcast bomber, Reson is that he/she asked unresonable sum of 5 mil. from my mining ship, i tried to negotiate, offering 2, he refused "5 mil or die" now my rute yields 10 mil and it is dangerous, it is not worth passing for 5 mil, as i refused he opened fire, and destroyed my ship causing considerable financial damadge and death of few of my crew, 1 mil for the one who take him down, and 2 if you catch him during pirating.
