[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]Following on from my review of our award structure, I have condensed the information into this neural net thread. You will use this message as a reference.

The following is required by the MIL Fleet before I even consider promoting you to Lieutenant.

• Hispania Memorandum
  [color=#FFFFFF]Successfully complete a run to the Hispania, etching your name into the hull and uploading your voice onto its data recorder. Upon completion, this ribbon will be awarded.
  
• Communist Combat 3rd Class
  [color=#FFFFFF]Upon successful verification of three confirmed kills, this ribbon will be awarded
  
• The JiangXi Banner
  Successfully completing your trial on JiangXi. IE - Not dying.
  

Once you complete your initial training, the following awards are on offer to Lieutenants and Senior-Lieutenants.

• Grey Star of the Coalition
  [color=#FFFFFF]Successfully achieve a tactical victory against the Coalitions enemies. Defined as 5 or more SCRA vessels completing a raid.
  
• Communist Combat 2nd Class
  Upon successful verification of 10 confirmed kills, this ribbon will be awarded
  
• Hammer and Sickle 3rd Class
  Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 50m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. Donations are vital to the flow of the Social Credit to the civilian population.
  
• Red Star of the Coalition
  Awarded to those who have performed over and above that which has been expected of them in the tactical theatre, being that of defending the principles of the Coalition or in striking down our enemies.
  
• Volgograd Banner
  Awarded to those who aspire to reach the rank of Captain. Successfully complete a winter training mission on Volgograd against superior numbers.
  

The following are on offer to those of Captain rank and above.

• Shield of the Hammer
  Successfully protect a vessel of our Capital Ship Fleet against enemy attack whilst facing insurmountable odds. Whilst also on fire, armless and blind. This medal will be awarded in rare circumstances.
  
• Hammer and Sickle 2nd Class
  Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 200m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. A donation of this size is vital to maintain our, and by this point your, capital ship.
  
• Communist Combat 1nd Class
  Upon successful verification of 20 confirmed kills, this ribbon will be awarded
  
• The Red Banner
  Awarded to those who have convinced a civilian, enemy or other to down tools, or drop their weapons and join my glorious fighter corps.
  

The following is only awarded under exceptional circumstances where quite frankly the impossible has been achieved.

• Hero of the Revolution.
  Only ever awarded by the Premier to those he sees as completing an objective so impossible that it is worthy of enshrinement into history. It is not gained by performing certain acts on the Premier, nor is it awarded if you get him drunk.
  
• Hammer and Sickle 1st Class
  Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 500m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. A donation of this size basically ensures receiving "The car keys".
  

Of course, spontaneous promotion for other good deeds and behaviour will also apply. As will exceptional awards of these and other honours. Conversely, your rank and award may be removed for other deeds and behaviour, as it always has done.
