Greetings Admiral,
I just want to report really strange thing that is happening in space outside Manhattans docking rings. On my patrol I saw three drones scanning every ship and taking data on Liberty ships, well all this will be more easier that they are not stealing information from Liberty lawful and pilot who is working for Liberty police. After all they done, they can dock on Manhattan without any restrictions. All those drones are doing is a smell of a crime, by Liberty law some of my data are classified for my department and if someone is able to put hands on my classified data he will be more like criminal.

First of all, you'll notice that I'm not Fleet Admiral Hale. This is because his desk is something I scan meticulously through both the visible and invisible light spectra with the help of a team of forensic experts. Well, not really, but he's a busy man and it's my job to do the paperwork.

Now, regarding these ridiculous drones, I find it quite entertaining that anything, perceiving the law to be a threat, would then dock on a station, base, or planet controlled by the very same organisation. I will be submitting paperwork to have these drones expelled from Liberty, and I would say you should do the same.
