Hello there..
My name is Vin Cruel.
I hope this message will reach the Xenos high command, or however its called.
A few days ago, i docked on Ames Research Station in Kepler, since my ship took some major damage when i finished my last job. I am a mercenary, working all over Sirius.
I gave my Ravens Talon in the hands of the mechanics and went to the bar. After a few drinks, two Zoner pilots showed up and took the seats right next to me.
We had a nice talk and a lot of drinks, too. After three or four hours, i went back to the hangar and talked to the mechanics. They told me, that my ship will be ready to move out, tomorrow. I walked up and down in the hangar. I spotted some boxes, one of them was already opened. The info- card said: Black Widow - particle.
I called one of the mechanics. One of them came closer and asked for the matter. '' What are these weapons?'', was my first question. The mechanic, his name was Josh, told me, that a weapons dealer of the Xenos passed them in the hangar, because he had no use of them. '' So, would you sell them? '' , was my second question.
He told me, that its not his decision, these weapons doesnt belong to him, but he can contact and ask the Xenos for it. I told him to do so. I gave him access to my ship and contact data's to make things easier, if he contacted the Xenos once.
To: Xenos high command,
I would like to buy all six weapons! They seem pretty useful for my job. I also offer some service, if you make a positive decision.
2 million sirius credits will be yours, if you allow the installation of these beauties on my Ravens Talon.

I do not know who left the weapon crates at Ames, nor do I know if the story is true, as there's no gun missin' in my list. Also, why would one of us leave those guns on a base we rarely visit?
But to answer your question: No.
No, you can not use our technology.
Askin' why? Cuz I don't believe you. At all. And never will.
We once made the mistake to let someone gain access on our guns and now get backstabbed by our own tech.
