Yes that sounds odd but its (not only) Bethesda bizmodel now to sell games in parts hehehehe.
Instead of the Game you get a startergame for 60$ and then they offer you DLC addones for 9.99-19.99$.
Like Fallout: New Vegas had 4 DLC addone for 9.99 so you end up with 100$ for one game, tho a huge one with quite some content.
Odd is also they sell it under IDsoft brand nomatter Bethesda took over IDsoft some time ago. So you get the Game from Bethesda, not IDsoft, but still they use the wellknown "Quake/Doom" brand.
Anyway i wont buy it now as i read about seriouse bugs with ati-gfx that make it unplayable.
They fix it eventualy im shure but i bet then its also already good part cheaper. Funny btw. how fast prizes drop in Gamesales..wait 3-4 weeks and save half you money..thats realy worth waiting if you include its unbugged by then and you may even get the first DLC addone for free in a package.
So be smart, hold in for a sec, dont rushing to be the first.
Generaly good advice, not only with Games but also in hahahaha...
New Vegas is an Obsidian creation, and they are pretty much Black Isle... they are masters at recycling 90% of the game and somewhat making it interesting and better than the original (Kotor II too)... Bethesda distributed the game...
Now on topic, let's face it id and John were never good at making games, they were excellent in making engines'¦
Infact if you just strip the cool phrases from Duke Nukem all that remains is a Doom clone. Still Duke Nukem was concidered an "awesome good game" back then but Quake simply wiped Duke away.
