Stop trying to logroll your rules revision into this thread.
Anyway, a condensed simple version of the rules would be best for the command.

/rules

This displays a number of other commands for use with /rules.

Say

/rules 1
/rules 2
/rules 3

Each of these would merely display the section of the rules denoted. The problem isn't can it be done. It is who is going to do it. I'm trying to go ahead and do it, my problem is I am learning it from scratch.

Uhm...

I already did exactly what you said there post nr 10.

Meanwhile, I did some testing.

In the chat history window, the line break is done every 50 characters.
In the infocards of the "rule" item, a line break is done every 115 characters.

The chat history has 15 lines diplayed at once.

That seems to be independent of screen resolution (at least those I tried)

If it is to be displayed in the chat history with 50 lines per character, then I would have to do more splitting up or make everything briefer. With 50 chars per line the texts will be too many lines to be convenient to read there.

So right now I would like to know if it would be possible to open a "info card" window using flhook to display the texts.

That would make things easier.

[color=#FFFFFF]I like the idea, it will be usefull even for experienced players, you can always check them the rules on the fly if you are in doubt
