Represents any one of the Sirius houses. As in, if some major catastrophe were to happen, that person would be the one to post a thread explaining or addressing the people. I suppose it would be the leaders of the navy factions, but i need to speak with someone that would be willing to RP that a small town or city within that house, went kapoof. I hope this is understandable enough of a description of who I'm looking for. Doesn't matter which house either. Liberty, Kusari (preferred), Rheinland, or Bretonia.

Kusari has an emperor though.. Liberty, ya i think you're right. Bretonia i know is either Dab or Alvin. I think Dab would be the person to speak with.. But i'm not sure.

If you are referring to Kusari then a decision is made in a group chat and any councillor can respond with the voice of the council.
Zelot is Emperah
Bakamono is KNF command.
West is KNF 2ic.
If it is military disaster then Baka and West are your people.
If it is a civilian disaster then Zelot or indeed any councillor can answer.
