"Mallory & Lambert: Logistics" is a young, still small, newly founded transportation and service business that has been run by Eve Mallory and Lambert since the beginning of September 819 AS.

The company is still growing in roleplay. It will not start out as a "big, powerful group with all sorts of resources" but it is 2 persons at the moment, starting a business, with 2 ships.

The company plans to offer flexible and customer oriented services with a focus on the linking of Sirian and Gallic markets. The aim is to make good use of the potentials offered by the clash of Sirius and Gallia.

Mallory & Lambert do not have an office that one can visit, they have no fixed adress except the on the Neural Net, there is hardly any information available about the founders. If interested ingamely (e.g. if you are a spy agency, etc), contact me.

The company does not employ shippers, but offers jobs to free contractors. These pilots must have registered with Mallory & Lambert's job data base, so they can access the data and can fulfill the jobs.

The contracted shippers remain anonymous, their names and ship names are not known, sometimes not even to Mallory & Lambert. Ships use no transponder tags, no unified names and fly with the papers that the shippers chose. Changing ship names is common. M&L takes no responsibilty for their choices of equipment or how they get their jobs done, they only offer the information (what good, to which place, when).

M&L sees itself as a loose hub for trade contractors that are willing to take a risk for good profit by accessing the new markets of Gallia. This means legal high risk business by penentrating the front lines, or illegal smuggling.

Consequently M&L has to be a secretive business, as not all parts are legal and war profiteers are generally not well liked. Anonymity and protection of business information is paramount to keeping the contractors, the business and themselves alive.

A bit more oorply speaking:

I want to make Gallia more attractive by offering alternative trading routes that can be fun, tense and hopefully also good for your wallet.

The routes were checked with FL tools (soon to be added) , so they are not bad. They are, however, often long, but the profit is high, as is the risk. I made sure that the profit/second ratio is acceptable, but - for all power traders - these are no optimised routes. They are good, interesting, not often used, likely dangerous... but not the best trade-grind-money route.

There will be many NPC-NPC base trade routes that cover Sirius-Gallia goods exchange, covering the new commodities that are only produced in Gallia. These are always available.

I would like to focus oncustomer/player-demanded missions. Every player-player activity will have top priority. It's much cooler than flying from one NPC-base to another.

Any ideas or initiative for roleplay is highly encouraged. For example...

... if a faction wants their bases supplied (rather standard business).

... if your character wants to marry and wants to have a wedding ring made from blood diamonds, gold, platinum and irridium, M&L could do it and people would have fun doing it

... if a faction wants to find out more about other factions, hire M&L to capure 20 pilots and a Fleet Admiral for interrogation.
