Indeed, I've had 5 different indy Rhienland Battleships throughout 4.82-present and the RM has been pretty nice to indies that at least try.
BAF as well, I've had 2 Bretonia battleships.
The KNF are pretty absent, nothing to say on them. The GRN| is okay... but occasionally they can be mean...

Yeah, I think the BAF have more active BAF| tagged captial ships than indies, or at least, that's what I've noticed. They also include Indies in events and such. (i.e Operation Attrition)
My experiences with KNF indies are pretty positive, they know their role and they play it fairly well. Which is more than I can say for some others in Kusari. (Hogosha)

Cannot confirm, RNC turtles and other caps are often as retarded as any other lolwuts. I really enjoy getting shot as an Unioner VHF by a RFP and RM Cruiser.
Or when that Turtle started shooting the lone Guardian, when I already fought with him in my Wraith. I had to tell him 5x to stop.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying all RM indies are RP gods and all LN indies are lolwuts. That's generalisation. What I'm saying is that the [RM] try include their indies in events, raids etc and that leads to better RP (On the whole). Whereas the [LN] don't include LN indies, so they (especially new players who aren't part of an official faction) never really learn how to RP and as a result get the bad reputation.
On the issue of gank, all I can say is learn to live with it. It won't change, I learned that a long time ago.
There is another way to RP a military though. I do that from time to time when I'm just relaxing. You simply cruise along some of the busier tradelanes, offering to escort traders through your ZoI (and you get to decide who's worth the extra protection - lolwuts can go *censored* it), only engaging stuff defensively. Sure, you don't make credits that way, but does that really matter to most peeps nowadays? Plenty of pewage opportunity if you want it. Every pirate, unlawful and whatnot you encounter is fair game. Had some wonderful duels that way...
It's not all "omgbigfleetvsomgbiggerfleet" battles that make the military. They also defend their houses and the civilians therein.

some parts of the LNS are very KRIEG KRIEG KRIEG KRIEG KRIEG KRIEG KRIEG. but some are better than others. also some times they use the miracle of STRATEGY beyond base camping. you'll find the dreads will sometimes camp in the asteroid field as it is much easier for a dread to get thru a field than a turtle.
Face it, most of the capital ship pilots are automatically treated as retards, especially if its cruiser and up class.
Does not matter, youll be always treated as such. Be it LNS, RNC, CNS, MNS or whatever. The earned trust points over years of playtime cannot be changed by just typing 2 extra lines of stuff to chat.
Conduct of everybody needs to change and that cannot and wont happen.
LN are meanest, simply cause LNS are worst I guess. But heck, ive been ignored by HF when I simply asked a question, like they are somthing more ossim.
